Refunds

Due to the nature of digital services, we offer refunds under specific circumstances:

• If the project has not been started or if only initial mock-ups have been delivered, you may be eligible for a full refund.
• If the project is in progress but not completed, you may be eligible for a partial refund based on the work completed up to that point.
• If the project has been completed and delivered, refunds are not available.

Cancellation

You may cancel the project at any time before it is completed. If you cancel after work has begun, a partial refund may be issued based on the amount of work already completed.

Revisions and Modifications

We offer a limited number of revisions as part of our service agreement. Additional revisions beyond what was agreed upon may incur extra charges, and are not eligible for refunds.

Exceptions

Custom services that are fully tailored to your specifications, and that have been fully executed, are non-refundable.
